Sitter tiers are Pet Kolo's way of showing a sitter's standing and track record in the community.
Sitters begin at Rookie and can level up over time by building stronger participation, reliability, and review quality.
The standard progression is Rookie, Pack-Mate, and Leader. Elite is reserved for top sitters in the area.
Higher sitter tiers can lead to more visibility and additional matching tools inside the platform, making it easier to find a sitter.
Finding Care
Post an ad with your pets, care type, schedule, and notes.
Search the User Directory or present your ad to a sitter when you want to reach someone directly.
Message sitters in-app about availability, routines, access, meds, and other care details.
Pay a flat $5 booking fee after a sitter offers on your ad and you choose to accept them.
