Accurate Information and Expectations
Keep your profile, pet details, contact information, and scheduling information accurate and up to date.
Do not misrepresent your experience, your pets, your availability, or the care being requested.
Confirm care expectations in advance, including feeding, medication, routines, access, and emergency instructions.
Share important information about behavior, medical needs, and special routines before care starts.
Do not agree to care arrangements you are not equipped to handle.
Respect and Safety
Use respectful language in chat, profiles, reviews, and support requests.
Do not harass, threaten, pressure, intimidate, or discriminate against other users.
Respect boundaries around timing, pet routines, access instructions, and home expectations.
If a booking becomes unsafe or impossible, communicate immediately with the owner.
Resolve ordinary disagreements member to member. Pet Kolo does not arbitrate user disagreements and only bans users when a safety hazard is present.
Using Pet Kolo Properly
Use Pet Kolo's chat, booking, check-in, check-out, review, and follow-up tools so everything stays clear and easy for everyone involved.
Use Pet Kolo to complete your bookings from start to finish. Arranging care through the community and then moving the booking outside the app is not allowed, as booking through Pet Kolo helps support the platform, protect the community, and keep everything running smoothly.
Do not use the platform to spam, scrape users, send repetitive unwanted outreach, or manipulate attendance or review records.
Supporting the Community
Write reviews after care so other users can make informed decisions.
Help keep the community strong by contributing care when you can, not only receiving it.
